This year Christmas lots of markets will be having a lot of showcases for individuals to come and shop for Christmas. One of the markets we shall be looking at today is the Harrogate Christmas market.

Putting a distinctly Yorkshire stamp on the traditional Christmas market experience the Harrogate Christmas Market has a strong focus on regionally made products, bringing the best of homemade and fairly traded Christmas goods to the heart of Harrogate for 4 days of festive cheer, absolutely free for everyone!
There is entertainment for the whole family with funfair rides, live music from local groups, and street musicians, all adding to the thriving and joyful atmosphere that fills the walkways of stalls.
Stallholders at the Christmas market have been selected with care to ensure an even and broad mix of gifts and treats from local and regional producers, artists, and crafters.
As well as outdoor stalls along the walkways two large marquees provide covered areas focusing on Crafts and Gifts, and Food and Drink. So be sure to take a few minutes to enjoy something tasty and soak up the atmosphere.
The Harrogate Christmas Market showcases the very best of what Yorkshire has to offer and provides a great day out to visitors.
A very special guest, Father Christmas, has his own grotto at the Market for all four days, and he’ll be bringing his reindeer with him for children to see outside.
The Harrogate Christmas Market is free to attend and easy to get to. There is a choice of on-street and off-street parking nearby and a free shuttle bus service runs regularly between Stand 1 at Harrogate Bus Station, in the town center.
Once you’ve arrived at the Harrogate Christmas Market you are in the heart of Harrogate’s stylish Montpellier Quarter, just a short walk from wonderful shops, cafes, and galleries.
What date will the Harrogate Christmas start?
The Harrogate Christmas Market Group is planning on the Harrogate Christmas Market from 18 to 21 November 2021, Montpellier Hill.
Applications have been open since early March, and they have now accepted a total of 140 Trader’s Applications towards a maximum of 190 stalls, with many inquiries outstanding for a follow-up.
They have also begun inviting coach groups since 2 May 2021 and 20 bookings have already been taken.
