How to Delete Status on Facebook

- Ensure your device connects to the internet service provider.
- Login to your Facebook account via the Facebook web or Facebook mobile app.
- Click on the story section display at the top of the news feed page.
- Tap your story, then select the story you want to delete.
- Tap the options icon (…) then select delete.
On completion of the above steps, you would have successfully deleted the status without waiting for 24 hours.
