Finally, clubhouse has announced the lunching of the android app in an official blog post made earlier today.
The audio focused social media platform (clubhouse) is now available on android devices. The app is currently available to only users in the USA but users outside the USA can download the app from play store and pre-register to get notified whenever it is widely available for everyone to make use of. The app still makes the invite-only model.
So should incase you have a pending invite from an existing clubhouse user and you are just right in USA, you can start making use of clubhouse on android.
The company also states that before the global launch, it will roll out the app in other English-speaking countries.
“As we head into the summer and continue to scale out the backend, we plan to begin opening up even further, welcoming millions (of) more people in from the iOS waitlist, expanding language support, and adding more accessibility features, so that people worldwide can experience Clubhouse in a way that feels native to them,” says the company.
There is not much difference between the interface of the iOS clubhouse interface from the android.
